1. 14-Day Return Window We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories included.
2. Return Shipping Costs Customers are fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs. In the case of international returns, the customer is also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with returning the hardware to our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. 19% Restocking Fee Due to the highly technical nature of our ROS robots, machine vision equipment, and related hardware, all returned items must undergo a rigorous technical inspection, recalibration, and system wipe/reset process by our engineering team. Therefore, all accepted returns are subject to a 19% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. Condition of Returned Items (Important) To protect our intellectual property and hardware integrity, returns will NOT be accepted, or a higher deduction will be applied, under the following conditions:

Physical damage, scratches, or signs of heavy use.

Unauthorized disassembly, hardware modification (e.g., soldering, changing core components).

Irreversible changes to the core firmware, BIOS, or deep learning algorithms that prevent factory reset.

Missing original packaging or accessories.
5. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer blindly. You must contact our support team at ycjk66304@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 19% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
